# Deploy a website from Cursor

**Direct answer:** Cursor can deploy to Demox with MCP or with the CLI. For MCP, add npx -y @demox-site/mcp-server@latest and restart Cursor. For CLI, run npm install -g @demox-site/cli@latest, then demox login and demox deploy ./dist. Give Cursor this prompt: read https://www.demox.site/doc, use the local files, and publish a static site. Cursor must be able to read the project and run tools. A chat-only session cannot upload. This is for static output, not for an Express listen server.
